View the parcels
Together we will look at specific plots and walk you through the rights and duties of a forest owner.

Deposit
If you are interested, you pay the deposit invoice and we reserve the parcel for you.

Visit the forest
While the survey plan and the purchase contract are being prepared, you can return to your forest at any time.

The forest is yours
After signing the contract, paying the remainder of the price and registering in the cadastre, the forest is officially yours 🌲

We will explain what it means to own a piece of forest in Veľká Fatra.
Access to the forest
Most of our forests are located in the Belianska Valley. You will have the right to drive up to the edge of the forest and then continue on foot across the forest plots.
Professional forester
By law, every forest is looked after by a forester. They handle communication with the authorities and inform owners of required interventions. We offer professional forestry from €49 per year.
You can also gift a piece of forest
We arrange everything together so that the recipient has no worries. With every forest we also include a plaque — a certificate of ownership.
